Animals that have found their way into your home or residence is a safety hazard.

We all love to sit and watch the wildlife thats so abundant in the Washington area. But when that wildlife decides to take up residence in our chimneys or vents well then they are not quite so cute. There is no shortage of wildlife in the area. Everything from Raccoons, Squirrels, Birds, Pigeons, Chipmunks or Mice can be seen in and around our yards. What happens from time to time is that new homes and businesses are built and the natural habitat of these creatures is encroached upon. They are forced to look for new nesting places. Many times this ends up being inside your chimney. These critters are well adapted in finding ways to enter crawlspaces, vents and chimneys. Once inside, their natural tendency is to burrow and gnaw. They will make nests and create improper airflow in kitchen, bathroom, dryer vents, and chimneys.

The best strategy is prevention.
